Shaoxing, China · Own mill since 2016
Knitted fabric, made in our own mill
Yarn goes in one end and palletised roll goods come out the other. Texturising, circular knitting, dyeing and finishing run under one roof — so the person who answers your shade question is the person who set the dye lot.

Our factory
One roof, four steps, no handoffs
Most suppliers you meet online are showing a photo of someone else’s machine. Our 5,000 m² base in Shaoxing runs the whole sequence in-house, with 60+ people on the floor and a sample room that turns a construction idea into greige in days rather than weeks.
- Texturising & knitting — 5 sets of 1000V texturising machines, 10 sets of 800D, and 180+ circular knitting machines from 24 to 32 gauge.
- Dyeing & finishing — dyeing, setting and finishing in-house, so shades are matched to your standard instead of negotiated through a third party.
- Inspection & packing — every lot checked against the approved sample, roll length verified, export documents prepared before the truck is loaded.
