Who we are

An integrated mill, not a listing

We buy feeder yarn, texturise it, knit it, dye it, finish it and inspect it. That sequence being in one place is the whole point: when a shade runs off-standard we know which of the four steps caused it, and we can fix it before the roll is packed, not after a container has landed.

Around 100 qualities are held in stock for trial orders, and the sample room develops new constructions from a swatch, a garment photo or a specification sheet.

Product range

Constructions we run every week

If your base is on this list, it is a stock or repeat-run quality for us — price and lead time are short. If it is not, send the spec anyway; the answer will be honest either way.

R&D

Where the quality actually comes from

Yarn creel and circular knitting machine

Gauge held per construction

Gauge, yarn tension and needle selection are set per construction, not per machine. That is how a 180 gsm birdseye and a 236 gsm two-tone knit come off the same floor and both keep their shape.

Fabric on the dyeing range

Shade held at the dye lot

Colour is controlled at the dye lot, not corrected in the last rinse. Repeat orders are matched against the retained standard, so batch three looks like batch one.

Finishing and inspection area

Range across gauges

Single and double jersey, rib, interlock and jacquard on 24 to 32 gauge machines — the span that covers activewear, uniform and outerwear bases.

Stock & dispatch

Stock on the floor, not on a promise

We keep the qualities that move, so a trial order does not wait for a machine slot. Roll goods are packed, strapped, weighed and documented before the truck reaches the loading bay.

Inspection

Four checks before a roll leaves

  • Incoming yarnCount, filament and evenness checked against the spec before the yarn goes on the machine.
  • In-processWeight, width and surface checked as the roll comes off the machine, so a fault is caught within metres, not within a container.
  • Finished goodsShade, hand-feel and shrinkage verified against your approved sample.
  • Before packingRoll length and packing list verified, export documents prepared, photos sent if you want them.
