Milk Silk Peached Print — 165 GSM, Your Artwork
Our peached milk silk, knitted, sanded on one face and then printed. The peaching matters more than it sounds: a print on a slick polyester face sits on top of the fibre and reads hard and slightly shiny, while the sanded face takes the ink into a matte ground, so the colour looks deeper and the hand stays soft enough for something worn against the skin.
The fabric is piece-printed — knitted, peached, dyed as a ground, then printed — which is why the minimum is counted per design rather than per colour. Send a repeat file, a photograph, or name one of the two stock designs shown further down; we come back with the repeat width, the print method and a strike-off before anything goes to bulk.

Print options

Stock designs. The two above are the ones we hold screens for, which is why they carry the shortest lead time and the cleanest price. Ask for them by name and we send a photo of the current strike-off, so you are looking at the batch you will actually receive rather than an old catalogue image.
Your own artwork. Send a repeat file at final scale (TIFF or PDF, 300 dpi at print size) with the Pantone references you want honoured, or simply send a photo or a sketch and we redraw it and return the file for your approval. Placement, repeat width and colour count are agreed in writing before the screens are cut, because that is the point after which a change costs money.
Why the 96-shade card is not on this page
The solid peached and brushed qualities carry 96 stock shades, and that card is printed on the peached and brushed pages. It does not apply to a printed article, for reasons worth knowing before you choose a ground colour:
A print covers the ground. The base shade is a starting point, not a sellable solid — what the buyer sees is ground plus ink, and a shade that looks right on the card can turn muddy the moment a second colour is printed over it.
Each design is its own production run. Printing needs screens cut and a run set up, so the minimum is counted per design. A colour card implies you can take one roll of any of 96 shades; a printed article cannot work that way.
The colour is approved on a strike-off, not on a card. Ground shade, ink colour and the way they sit together are judged on a real piece of printed fabric, sent to you for signature before bulk. If you want a solid rather than a print, the 160–170 GSM peached quality uses the full 96-shade card, and the dotted double-brushed quality is the same idea in a polka dot.
Where it goes
Nightwear and pyjama sets, childrenswear, summer dresses and skirts, scarves, cushion covers and bedding. The 175 cm width is the practical detail: it cuts a pyjama leg, a pillowcase or a dress panel without a join, and a printed fabric is exactly where a visible join ruins the design.
Two naming notes. Single-brushed and single-peached are the same finish — one face sanded — and our own mill lists this article in English as “Single-Brushed Milk Silk Print”, which is why the photo above carries that wording. And milk silk is a trade name for the hand-feel, not a fibre: the content is polyester and spandex, as declared in the specification. Because the fabric is printed after knitting, the reverse carries a soft shadow of the design, which is normal for piece-printed knit and worth planning for on anything unlined.
