Milk Silk Peached Fabric — 160–170 GSM, 95% Polyester / 5% Spandex
A lighter, sanded version of the same milk-silk knit. The surface is peached — ground with fine abrasive so it feels like the skin of a peach rather than the raised pile of a brushed fleece. At 160–170 GSM it is about a third lighter than our 240 GSM brushed quality, which is what you want for summer loungewear, lining-weight tops and anything worn directly against the skin. The fibre is polyester and spandex, as declared below — “milk silk” is a market name for the hand-feel, not for the content.

Colour
No.010 is the shade shown in the photographs — a pale lilac-white that reads almost off-white under daylight. The full milk-silk shade card goes out with the swatch; tell us the numbers you want and we will add the corresponding cuttings. Custom shades are matched to your Pantone reference with a lab dip in 5–7 days.

Typical applications
- Summer loungewear, sleepwear and pyjama sets
- Baby and childrenswear where weight matters as much as softness
- Light tops, camisoles and lining-weight garments
- Scarves, headbands and accessories that need a soft edge
- Base layers and inner linings for outerwear
Before you order
Peaching works by removing fibre from the surface, so the two things that decide whether you get a second order are pilling and shade retention. Ask for the pilling grade in writing and a wash test on the actual dye lot — an over-sanded lot looks perfect on the table and goes fuzzy after five home washes. Judge the shade under a D65 lamp rather than office lighting: sanded polyester shifts more than people expect under warm light, and the difference between two dye lots shows up there first. If the garment will be worn against the skin, request the OEKO-TEX certificate for the lot you are actually buying, not a generic one.
Need the heavier one? The same knit is also made at 240 GSM with a brushed pile — warmer, with more loft, and the better choice for winter loungewear and baby blankets.

Request a swatch or a quotation
Send the colour number, the quantity and the date you need it. We reply within one working day with what is actually achievable — including when the answer is no.
We knit this on our own machines in Shaoxing. What we will not do is swap in a cheaper yarn and hope you do not test it, or ship late and apologise afterwards. If a date cannot be held, you hear it from us while there is still time to re-plan.
